Busy day for a busy girl

Emma is also working on her 3rd tooth (top right incisor) and wowza is she a cranky pants today! Diva knows how to throw a fit!! It does look pretty painful though. She keeps sticking her finger in her mouth. I think she felt bad later because she gave mommy and daddy 100 kisses!

I'm told the cupcake didn't stand a chance...

4th of July Fun at the ELC

What more can I say? Love Emma's teachers, love the ELC, love love love that they send me pictures I can shamelessly put on the blog as if I took them myself! Also recently one very patient teacher talked me off of a ledge when Emma switched to the ELC menu and "big girl" food. Crisis averted :-)

Emma has a new favorite word and it is NO! She likes to say it while shaking her finger at mom, dad, Daisy and just about everyone else!

some afternoon fun at home

The heat and humidity kept us inside today so Emma and I did our best to stay entertained.  Dan is down with flu symptoms so we were on our own!  

D-I-V-A!!

Emma loves her baby movies!  She is lip syncing and dancing

in this video.  She is also getting very good at pointing and kissing.

She cracks me up!  I adore the sound of her voice when she says

"momma"

Dear Makers of Baby Einstein,

I L-O-V-E You!!!!  Emma doesn't watch TV, but she is fascinated with baby Einstein movies and they play just long enough for me to get myself ready in the mornings.  She never sits in one place for this long.  I know I am singing "Old McDonald" all day long after playing these so I hope she is too!
